• Connexions.  Provides advice, guidance, support and personal development services for 13 - 19 year olds in Bedfordshire and Luton.  There are numerous drop-in centres across the county.  See the web site for details.

2. Adults

• nextstep If you are over 20 call 0845 603 1059 for free advice on learning and work or drop in to Bedford Central Library on a Tuesday between 12.30 and 2.30 pm.
