  • There is a printed surname index to the 1851 census for Bedfordshire, available at Bedford Central, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard and Flitwick libraries
  • The 1851 census for Devon, Norfolk & Warwick, on CD-ROM, has an index as part of the CD-ROM. It is held at Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard libraries
  • The 1871 and 1891 Bedfordshire census CD-ROM includes an index. It is held at Bedford Central, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard libraries
  • The 1881 British census national index on CD-ROM is available at several Bedfordshire libraries
  • There is a town and village index to the 1901 census for Bedfordshire. It is available at Bedford Central, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Flitwick and Biggleswade libraries
