Preparing for an interview
An interview can be stressful but good preparation will help.
Before the day try to find out about the organisation and the job (your local library may be able to provide you with some information)
Also, think about the type of questions you may be asked, who will be doing the interviewing and will you have to take a test of some sort? (click for more information about assessment tests if you think this may be the case).
For more information on preparing for an interview try the Direct.gov web site which provides links to useful help and advice on applying for jobs including preparing for an interview.
