a number of major works are available,

Waterlow's solicitors' and barristers' directory
- a wide range of books on
individual law topics. Many of these books are in loose-leaf format and
are kept up-to-date throughout the year with amended pages
Dunstable and
Leighton Buzzard libraries have smaller law collections, which include:
- (at Dunstable Library only) original (unrevised) Acts of Parliament from 1966 to date, in bound
annual volumes (publication is always about two years behind)
- Stone's justices' manual
- Waterlow's solicitors and barristers directory
- Books on individual topics, including a small number of books that are in
loose-leaf format and kept up-to-date throughout the year with amended pages
