	For a self-help introduction, go to the My Guide web site and register, then follow the 'Online basics' course. 'Online basics' has five short modules showing you how to use a mouse and keyboard, how to email, how to search for information and how to stay safe online Another site for beginners is the BBC's First Click, which leads you through some basic guides from the BBC's larger Webwise site. The Webwise site gives you video guides to computer basics and Internet basics and a step-by-step guide to the Internet You can learn more about the mouse, keyboard and Internet browser with the useful illustrated reference guides at Digital Unite For free introductory sessions, courses, help with job skills or computers available for self-help use, check the facilities available at your nearest UK Online Centre. Facilities vary from centre to centre.
