• General and specific rights guides, along with other information, are at Trading Standards Central
• At the Community Legal Service site click 'Consumer affairs' to see the service's own leaflets and factsheets, including 'Problems with goods and services', and links to other helpful web sites
• Guides on specific topics are also at the Consumer Direct web site
• You can contact Consumer Direct online or by phone to complain about a trader or to speak to a trained consumer adviser
• There is a useful Consumer affairs section in the general web site Adviceguide, produced by Citizens Advice
