General Register Office - Adoptions
Information about the Adopted Children's Register, which contains a record of every person who has been adopted through a court in England or Wales; applying for adoption certificates by post, telephone or in person; receiving information on original birth details if you are an adopted person; and the Adoption Contact Register, which assists adopted people to make contact with their relatives.
