Most badly affected were Southcott Village and Bunkers Lane. Fire crews were called out from Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Toddington, Woburn and Sandy to help (Homes flooded in summer deluge, Leighton Buzzard Observer, 24/07/2007 p.1 and 2)
