George - An Evacuee's Story Letters

George was evacuated early September 1939 to Mayfield Nursing Home, Upper Gungate, Tamworth.  He stayed there for 3 months separated from his parents and brother.  The links below take you to letters sent by George and Nurse Field, who worked at the Nursing Home.
