Herbs are very easy to grow from seed or cuttings and can be kept in pots so
you don't even need a garden, put them on the kitchen windowsill ready to use.
They are attractive to look at, scented aromas and very useful in cooking and
for medicinal and cosmetic use.
Mint
This popular herb is more than just for making mint sauce. There are many
varieties from apple mint to chocolate mint. Chop it finely and sprinkle on
grilled chops or add to a tumbler of sweet tea and make traditional Moroccan
mint tea.
