How do order a title I want?
Seen a book, CD, video or DVD that you want?
Use Viewpoint, the online library catalogue, to request it, all you need is your library card number and PIN. To request a PIN, click here.ViewPoint contains the details of all items held by Bedford Borough, Central
Bedfordshire and Luton Libraries. You can view all items but there are
some restrictions on what can be borrowed and requested across the unitary
borders.

Simply search the library catalogue, for example by title, author or performer or keyword. Select the correct entry by clicking on it, and then investigate where copies are held, by clicking the More Details button. You will be taken through the reservation process, and you will be informed when the title is ready for collection either by post or by e-mail. All requests are satisfied in chronological order.
If the title is not held in Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire or Luton Libraries you can request it from out of the County. There is an additional charge for this service. To see the charges click here.
