How do order a title I want?

Seen a book, CD, video or DVD that you want?  

Use Viewpoint, the online library catalogue, to request it, all you need is your library card number and PIN. To request a PIN, click here.

Simply search the library catalogue, for example by title, author or performer or keyword. Select the correct entry by clicking on it, and then investigate where copies are held, by clicking the Where/Reserve button.  You will be taken through the reservation process, and you will be informed when the title is ready for collection either by post or by e-mail. If the title is not held in Bedfordshire Libraries you can request it from out of the County.
