Items on my library card are about to go overdue - Can I renew them?

You are allowed to renew a book up to 10 times before you are expected to bring it into the library.  There are a number of ways you can renew the books and other items on your library card, all you need is your library card number and PIN:

• Online - you can renew all the items on your library card online using Viewpoint , the online library catalogue,
• Telephone - Callpoint, the telephone renewal system is open from 7:00 am to midnight every day, just dial 01234 228930 and follow the instructions.
