HAPPEN - MAKING ART HAPPEN FOR BEDFORDSHIRE
- HAPPEN (originally known as Bedfordshire Art Works) was set up by Arts Council England and the local authorities in Bedfordshire to enable professional artists and arts organisations (across all art forms) to develop the market for creative individuals. HAPPEN is a three-year strategic initiative. Organisations or individuals who would like to take the opportunity to be a partner in these changes, can contact HAPPEN.

HEARTS IN BEDS CARDIAC SUPPORT GROUP
- Hearts in Beds is a self help group started by people with heart problems (usually angina or a heart attack) to help others in the Bedford Hospital catchment area with the same problems. All ages. Membership fee: £5 per year per household (April-April). You do not need to be a member to benefit from Hearts in Beds and the group welcomes casual equiries and welcomes non-members to social events.

HEATH AND REACH PARISH PATHS PARTNERSHIP (P3)
- Programme of between 3-12 mile walks, some with a theme (birdsong, bats, local history etc.) starting and finishing in Heath and Reach. Whole programme available by email.
