CRUSE BEREAVEMENT CARE - BEDFORDSHIRE
- Cruse exists to promote the well-being of bereaved people and to enable anyone bereaved to understand their grief and cope with their loss. Cruse Bedfordshire has three Drop-in Centres where you can talk to a Bereavement Support Volunteer (see above). Tea and coffee is available and there are often other bereaved people to chat to but only if you want to.

CTC BEDFORDSHIRE - EASYRIDERS
- An invitation to all cycle owners to explore the beautiful countryside around Bedford. The EasyrIders cater for all ages and abilities with a programme of rides ranging from 20 to 50 miles. Each of the rides is under the guidance of an experienced leader who will adapt the pace to those in the group. Any roadworthy cycle is acceptable. Bring a picnic lunch (summer only). Riders under 15 should be accompanied by an adult. Membership fee: £37.00, concessions £23.00 Junior £12.00.
